This Restaurant Makes Indomie Goreng It's Star of the Show

‘Warkop’ means a store that sells coffee - and while we didn’t get coffee, a store like this in Indonesia also sells a plethora of noodles and snacks.

If you’re familiar with the globally popular Indomie Goreng, you’ll love this place.

Food: 9/10
We got the BBQ Indomie with popcorn chicken, Indomie soup with meatballs, and regular Indomie with beef sausage and egg, a side of popcorn chicken by itself, corn fritters, and their sweet creamy cheese corn. All the dishes were delicious! The popcorn chicken was crispy and flavorful, the sweet cream corn was exactly how it sounds, sweet, creamy and cheesy. Our only complaint were the meatballs in the noodles — they were minimally flavored and did not add much flavor to the dish. The corn fritters were also nice and crispy. We tried their Miester Mango and Soda Gembira which is a carbonated strawberry drink along with the Thai tea. All were very refreshing. The mango was our favorite!

Price: 7/10
Compared to making indomie at home, it is a bit more pricy however you have the option of other topping which you may not have at home. Price for a single cooked packet is $3 ($5 for a double) and toppings range from $2-$6 each.

Atmosphere: 8/10
Small but cute space, can get quite cramped. Good to drop by for a quick meal.

Service: 10/10
Everything came out fresh and in a timely manner. Great customer service!
