New Mediterranean Grill and Fast Food Oversees Jackson Heights

Moonlite Grill in Jackson Heights, Queens is a brand new Mediterranean and fast food joint restaurant. It’s great for groups for medium to large orders and has ample upstairs seating with views of the area. We went to go check it out! Here’s our review.

Lamb Chops

Food: 8/10
We got the fried chicken, lamb chops platter, and chicken shawarma wrap that was cut into pieces. The fried chicken needed a little more oomph. Wasn’t our favorite. Lamb chops platter was excellent. The baba ghanoush that comes on the side was the best I’ve ever had! It was so smokey and flavorful. The rice was also very tasty. Hummus and salad provided on the side with soft pita. The chicken shawarma wrap was also decent.

Price: 8/10
Prices are decent - standard for quality and portions.

Atmosphere: 10/10
Excellent upstairs dining area that is clean and sleek. It’s also very quiet given the bustling noise of the neighborhood.

Service: 7/10
Service could be a little better. We waited about half an hour to ask for the bill.
