King of Falafel & Shawarma in Astoria, Queens operates both a brick and mortar and food truck service. They serve Middle Eastern and Palestinian cuisine.

This platter had kofta, kebab, falafel, rice, hummus, and pickled veggies. It was so good we didn’t really care for the sauce. Also got the chicken shawarma wrap that was also A1.

Price: 7/10
Prices are a tid bit more expensive than other places.

Atmosphere: 8/10
It’s pretty casual and is adorned with Middle Eastern decor. Can seat about 25 people. It is clean and pretty spacious.

Service: 10/10
Food comes relatively quick and everyone who works there is very kind. They even gave free falafel on the house as we were waiting on line.
