Our Visit to Ravagh Persian Grill

Ravagh Persian Grill (@ravaghpersiangrill) is the perfect spot for a more upscale, “fancy”, or good-ole occasion halal restaurant. Note: they do serve alcohol but all the meats

Barg Kebab

Food: 8.5/10
We got the Barg Kebab, Dark Meat Chicken Shish Kebab, and Koobideh Kebab. All kebabs come with a side of rice, grilled tomatoes and onion. For appetizer we tried the Stuffed Pepper which was ground lamb meat and veggies in a tomato sauce stuffed inside a roasted bell pepper. The Barg kebab was amazing - it’s basically cut up pieces of steak that was very delicious. The Dark Meat Chicken Kebab was astoundingly juicy and tasty. The Koobideh was a little subpar compared to the former two.

Price: 7/10
For the quality of the food, the ambiance, and it’s midtown location, you’re paying just above $20 a plate for each kebab dish.

Atmosphere: 10/10
Super clean, sleek, bright atmosphere with fancy chairs, lights, with a touch of minimalism.

Service: 6/10
Food does take a while to come but our servers were really nice, despite forgetting one item. This area could be improved immensely.
