Spiral Into Forever at this Modern Indian Restaurant

Eternity is a brand new halal Indian restaurant - but it isn’t just your typical Indian restaurant. They specialize in a modern menu with a whole menu dedicated to non-alcoholic cocktails (they use real spirits but the alc vol is .00% - so cheers!)

Cumin garlic steak (medium rare) with basted mushrooms. Comes with a side of curried mashed potatoes and garam masala au jus.

Food: 9.5/10
For starters, we got the Smoked Paneer Sticks and Chili Gobi (cauliflower). Flavor-wise both were EXCELLENT. We couldn’t stop licking the sauce off our fingers. The only thing we wish could be better was the firmness of the paneer - it was a little bit hard but not a total dealbreaker. The mocktails we got were Watermelon Caipirinha, Spiced Pineapple Margarita, and Gold Rush. All the mocktails contain NON-ALCOHOLIC SPIRITS. So they taste *like* the real thing but ZERO alcohol. ZILCH. NADA. No fights in the comments. Do not expect this to taste like juice. Our favorite was the Spiced Pineapple Margarita. The tajin rimmed glass completely elevated our already above experience. For mains, we got Cumin Garlic steak that came with a side of curried mashed potatoes, garam masala au ju, and basted mushrooms. We got the steak medium rare, of course! And it was heavenly. It cut like butter and was so delicious! 🤤 We also got the Smoked Lamb Chops, that was crusted with edamame, mint, and came in a pool of butternut squash. This was also cooked nicely and was very well presented.

Price: 8/10
For the fine-dining-esque type of food that is served here, price points are absolutely justified. We have seen restaurants charge and arm and leg for food like this. The most expensive item on the menu was the Cumin Garlic Steak at $25. Mocktails are all $10.

Atmosphere: 9/10
It’s a very big space, that is dark but plenty of light comes in through the windows. Very clean, great for a gathering.

Service: 8/10
Everyone is well-versed in what the menu entails and they’re really nice and want to give you A+ experience. We saw how other customers were treated and honestly everyone was treated like royalty. Service CAN be slow if there’s a lot of people.
